Sorry for such a long time between postings to the newsletter. It's been a very busy summer for all The RoyalHeirs and their families. We've had so many awesome services. Next weekend (Aug. 23rd through Aug. 26th) is one our favorite events of the year, The Lloyd Severance Gospel Convention in Sebewaing. The guys will be singing on Thursday and Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. It's always so nice to have the opportunity to see all of our friends in the gospel music community.
The above picture is the front of The RoyalHeir's new bus. The guys were scrolling through the signs that list the travel destinations and found one that said, Robbins Tours. It's strange how God works. We believe that was just another sign from God that this is supposed to be our bus. (Of course, I think Chuck took that as a sign that he's the only one who can drive it since it's his tour). The bus is so expensive to operate and maintain but it's definitely a blessing to have a vehicle with enough seating that all the families can ride together. The White/Hawks kids love being in the bunks and playing in the back.
Speaking of traveling in the bus...we're planning a Florida tour from March 8, 2008 through March 16, 2008. We haven't tried anything like this before and are looking for some contacts. If you know of anyone that may have a church or facility that would like to have The RoyalHeirs come and minister to them, please give Chuck a call at (810) 395-4977.
Please keep all of us in your prayers and especially Jerry and the whole White family. His dad is currently battling cancer and is in need of prayers.
