Jeff Hawks..........our new tenor is proving to be a blessing in more ways than just his awesome singing voice. You just never know what he is going to say or do next. He's starting to get used to Chuck's driving now and isn't nearly as nervous as his first coach ride (as you can see from the photo). The conversations are a little more lively now with all his jokes and stories.

Another of his many talents is his fancy footwork. The other picture shows Jeff "busting a move" at their concert in Mio, MI on Saturday. The ROYALHEIRS have never been known for their choreography but with a little help from Jeff, I think they could give Signature Sound a run for their money.

On Tuesday, June 20th, The ROYALHEIRS lost their #1 Fan. Barb "Mom" Spalla passed away after a long illness.

As many of you know, Barb was our booking agent for several years. She reluctantly, due to her illness, gave up one of her favorite things....booking singing dates for "her boys". We will never forget and will always appreciate the love and devotion she had for The ROYALHEIRS.

Barb will be greatly missed by her many friends and family which include her mother, siblings, daughter, son, daughter-in-law and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Although her passing brings us great sadness, it is also comforting to know that she knew the Lord. We are confident that Barb is now with Him and no longer in pain. We know we will be with her again one day and she promised not long before her passing that she would go before us and "start getting us some dates".

Visitation will be on Thursday, June 22nd at Swartz Funeral Home, Hill Road, Grand Blanc, MI from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will also be at Swartz Funeral Home on Friday, June 23rd at 1:00 p.m.
